FAQ’s
What’s your consignment policy?
- Clothes need to be clean, on hangers or neatly folded, in good condition, in season, and in fashion or latest style.
- We need to accept a minimum of 8 items or $200 resale value.
- We keep it in the store for 2 months, mark unsold items 25% off after 1 month.
- Checks go out on the 10th of each month for items sold the previous month. 50/50 split.

Do I need to make an appointment?
No, you can bring your clothes in any time we’re open.
Mon – Sat, 10:00 – 6:00
Thur, 10:00 – 8:00
Sun, 11:00 – 5:00
Do my clothes need to be dry-cleaned?
No, but they must be clean, pressed, polished
Does it have to be designer items?
No, but it has to be fashionable
Can I pick up my check before it gets mailed out?
No
When are your big sales?
January & July
How do you get your merchandise?
From people who have lots of clothes and need a change.
Will you call me to remind me to pick up my clothes?
No. Your pickup date will be at the bottom of your contract and it is your responsibility to call us on or before that date
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ATM.
